Release of Liability

By participating in activities associated with The Poker Gods, you agree to release and hold harmless The Poker Gods, its employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of:

1. Financial losses incurred during poker games or tournaments.

2. Physical injuries, accidents, or illnesses sustained at locations where our equipment is rented or filming occurs.
